Thus, avoid preserved meats, processed vegetable oils, full cream dairy, and deep fried foods.
Choose Foods with Essential Fatty Acids
There are indeed fats that are good for the body – the essential fatty acids that help the liver. You can find these in various vegetables and fruits such as fresh avocados. These can also be found in sesame seeds, legumes, and other raw seeds. What is even better is that you can mix these seeds everyday with your different meals after grounding them. In fact, you can add them even to your fresh fruit juices.
Opt for Natural Sugars
